Happy 4th photo july102.gif

This Wednesday is the 4th of July, a time when Americans celebrate their Independance. America is still one of the newest countries in the world, dating back just a few hundred years. We've crammed a LOT of history into those years though, and each 4th of july we celebrate the hard-won birth of our nation.

Thanks to a TERRIFIC idea by #NipClub DJ @Cinnimini2 we've decided to celebrate by opening a branch of #NipClub in historic Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The original Capitol city of America, the birthplace of the Declaration of Independance and the Constitution and the first National Capitol.

We bought a great property to convert to our new #NipClub. Right next to world famous GENO's which has
agreed to provide some of the noms for our club! This will be a culinary delight as well as a great
historical site for our newest #NipClub Branch location!!

@Cinnimini2 is our local Philly Girl! Glad to show you the

sights and give you some inside tips on how to have
the most fun you can in this great historic city.

And don't forget #NipClub's Original DJ the great @Kittehboi
who is also local to the area. He's NEVER boring. MOL.

GREAT Philly NOMS!
In the early 1900s PHILADELPHIA was considered the CULINARY Standard of America. In fact, KRAFT foods named it's PHILDELPHIA Cream Cheese brand after the it, saying this great Cheese followed the Philadelphia Standard of Great Food. While Philly Cream Cheese has never been made here (It's made in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin at a plant where @TheNascarKitty's human worked, as well as another plant in Lowville, New York) it shows just how high a bar the PHILLY STANDARD of great food was. And this week we wont let you down! Check this menu!!

(Scrapple is a "meatloaf" made with pork trimmings and various flours)
Paesanos Sandwich-Beef Brisket, Mayo, Horseradish,
roasted tomato, sharp provolone cheese and a fried egg!

As the story goes, stromboli was invented in Philly in 1950, at Romano’s Pizzeria in Essington. But with all due respect to the innovators, the stromboli to seek out now is at Stogie Joe’s, a lively tavern on East Passyunk Avenue
