It's official! It's spring in the northern hemisphere.

The birds are back, the weather is getting warmer and people are ready to get outside.

For many of us, that means getting out into the garden.

A garden is a planned space, usually outdoors, set aside for the cultivation, display, and enjoyment of plants or for growing vegetables. 

 OR in the case of #NipClub anipals, growing Nip (for obvious reasons), Hops for beer, corn for Whiskey, fruits for Brandy, potatoes for vodka, and occasionally an actual vegetable to serve with their steaks.

You can save money by growing your own food and flowers, but usually you spend even more on fun tools and cool garden stuff

You don't need a big field or yard, you can make a nice garden out of some wood frames and dirt in any area you have. Even on a porch if you don't  have the  lawn space.

Spring is here. I can tell because it only snows 2 or 3 days a week and it's 50 on the other days. But that's just Wisconsin. I'm sure many of you live somewhere that spring is easier to define.....except those of you in Australia and New Zealand...I think you're in Autumn now or something...but anyway...for this Thursday, no matter what it's like, we'll celebrate Spring. 

@TheNascarKitty got tired of waiting for spring in Wisconsin, fired up the 

#NipClub mobile office and went traveling looking for spring in 

other parts of the country....or at least that's what his expense report says...

This week show us how you know it's spring where you are. Is it the first robin? The geese returning from wherever the heck they go in winter? Cookouts? Tulips? Yardwork? Allergies? Whatever it is, come let us know your favorite things about spring and enjoy some spring food and drinks and lively tunes.
