Before we get to this week's theme, let's give our very own @GeorgeTheDuck a big hand for his 14th Anniversary as a Pawty Barktender. He was doing this WAY before #NipClub existed, and is a founding member of #NipClub. He's also currently our Head Barktender. Congrats George!!
A few weeks ago, we were sitting around the conference table at NipClub HQ pondering some new pawty themes. @RealFakeGator spun around his laptop and showed us this picture:
He told us he'd been waiting to find a reason to make personal snow globes for everybody to pawty in. He said, "Think about it, being in a snow globe is like being in a submarine. You can go places you couldn't ordinarily go. Under water for example, with your own air supply. Outer space, with your own air supply." Etc.
Immediately, @WistonTabby ran out of the room to the lab downstairs and suddenly reappeared in a snow globe filled 3/4 with beer. He said, "Air supply? I have my own BEER SUPPLY in here." Well....at least for a little while, because by lunch, the beer was gone and Winston was sitting in his globe snoring.
So we decided, this pawty could be fun. This week at #NipClub we invite you to show up with your own personal snowglobe. Fill your globe with things that are special to you. Maybe your special lady or man, your favorite toys, your favorite furniture. Etc .
If you need a snowglobe and can't make your own please contact @RealFakeGator at #NipClub Outfitters right away so he can get you a globe AND put it on the blog.
Here's my personal snowglobe, and all I need in there with me is my darling ladycat @DCkitty. I can't wait to see your globes. @TheNascarKitty Nipclub Founder and General Manager |
One thing we had to work out, was how would the barktenders get your food and drinks to you (the music is easy. Our DJs broadcast directly to you, but food and drink? That was a problem. Luckily @Kittehboi called his Mom, who's an actual brilliant scientist and she made some tweeks to the teleportation system NipClub owns to transport us to and from Rainbow Bridge for visits, so it could send food and drink to your snowglobes instantly.
