"Once in a Blue Moon"  is the popular expression used to describe a rare or at least infrequent event.  Why?  Because they usually only happen once every year or two. 

With a blue moon coming up on the 31st we thought it would be fun to celebrate with a Blue Moon theme  party.  

#Nipclub has NEVER had a blue moon party, so we figured why not do one now? Our next opportunity won't happen until Dec 31, 2028!
