Fall Color Pawty

FALL is a favorite time for many of us in the northern areas. We actually get seasons...well...kind of.....Here in Wisconsin we get about 7 months of winter, 3 of spring, 1 month of summer, and a GLORIOUS fall. 

The air is fresh and crisp. You wear a sweater, and while the sun keeps you warm...the tip of your nose feels the "nip" of winter approaching, and your cheeks get rosy.  The leaves crackle as you walk, and the wind sings high above you. You can see your breath, but are comfortable with just your sweater and light coat. 

Football games, hikes in the woods, that last picnic for the year, the smell of drying leaves, the sight of squirrels and birds preparing for winter. And lets not forget Glorious Fall Colors all around!! 

#NipClub has gotten our luxurious PAWTY BUSES ready, and we'll travel some glorious fall roads while pawtying in the warm bus. We'll stop and enjoy the Autumn outdoors with picnics, fun games, hikes in the woods. Then get back on the bus and head down the next scenic road. 

Why not dress up in your favorite "fall sweater" or hiking outfit? Or maybe posing in your favorite place to enjoy fall? Maybe  Bring a picture of your favorite fall scenes and show it around. Whatever you want, @RealFakeGator and his staff at #NipClub Outfitters can help you out. Just ask. But please ask soon.

@TinyPearlCat pilots one of our fleet or Pawty Buses along a
gorgeous fall road. Don't worry. We have a whole fleet of
buses, so there is plenty of room for everyone to join us!! 

@TheNascarKitty Pilots another bus through Wisconsin's
historic Kettle Moraine Scenic Drive. 

Each of our buses has a unique luxury interior so 

you can pawty in comfort while you enjoy the 

beautiful fall foliage!! Above are 4 of our favorites. 
 

It may not be as luxurious as some of the other coaches,
but @MarioDaCat and &RealFakeGator claim their
Packer's Pawty Bus is THE one to ride during this
tour if you really want to pawty. And nothing
says "FALL" like NFL Football!!!!

we'll also stop often for fun outdoor picnics!!

For Daylight Savings Time #NipClub Sets it's Clocks Back a Hundred Years? OOPS Nov. 2, 2013...1923

#NipClub Speakeasy Night

Well, this is awkward. I simply asked @Kittehboi to pop into the NipClub office complex Saturday night and set the clocks back ONE HOUR. Now, in case you didn't know it, @Kittehboi's human is a brilliant scientist, and apparently Breeze decided to try to set the clocks back with some quantum physics tricks. And he set the clocks back A HUNDRED YEARS OR SO.  

So, we decided to make the best of it and revisit a pawty from 2013 where we went back to the PROHIBITION Era. I've included that original blog below, with a lot of old pals we don't see anymore, and a few familiar faces. This will be fun for you newer pals.

This week #NipClub is taking you back to the past...to a time that's fun to remember...but you wouldn't want to actually be there.....

PROHIBITION: a time when you couldn't simply go have a drink with pals, or purchase a bottle of booze to take home....establishments called SPEAKEASY's popped up all over America.

At the SPEAKEASY, if you knew the secret code word, you could enter a world of fun, intrigue, secrecy...almost a "brotherhood" of partiers. Of course, because breaking laws was involved, "gangsters" where usually behind the Speakeasy Clubs, because they weren't afraid to make a few $$$ catering to the "illegal" tastes of their clientele!

The 1920's & Early 1930's in America will always be remembered as an era of civil disobedience....caused by that nasty idea called PROHIBITION!!

PROHIBITION made it illegal to manufacture, possess or consume alcoholic beverages!! So naturally, this led to an era of terrific illegal party establishments (Speakeasy Clubs), each trying to outdo each other to grab customers!! It ushered in bathtub gin, hot jazz music & gun toting gangsters!!

That's right PROHIBITION and Speakeasy Clubs, were a huge part in the rise of Hot Jazz music in the 1920's..here's an example of Jazz great  Louis Armstrong playing in a Speakeasy!! 

Even before there was prohibition, there was a huge campaign to outlaw "Devil Alcohol" led by a crazy spinster named CARRIE NATION, who went on a state by state terror trail, smashing up bars and liquor stores with her now famous hatchet. Let's hope she doesn't show up at #NipClub this week and smash up our bar!!

Introducing the Return of #NipClub's extra long pawties!! (And Cheers Night) Oct. 26th, 2023

Back in the good old days #NipClub grew so huge that we expanded to having extra pawties that would start on Saturday afternoon and go until Sunday evening.  Sometimes the normal Thursday  night pawty would continue on right through to the Saturday start time. Themes were wild, and exciting, we had quizzes and puzzles and prizes. Great food menus, sometimes our anipal friends would tie the knot at our special pawties, OR, if they asked, we'd throw them their own pawty.  

Well, we're growing again, great new pals, and returning pals from days past come around a lot. We thought it was time to bring back those pawties. And while they'll start out a little shorter, and probably 4 times a year, we hope they'll grow to be monthly, and/or 24 hour pawties again.

And the first one is THIS WEEKEND!!!!!! The all new #NipClubExtra !!!!!!!!!

But, we still need to pawty this Thursday. So let's just have a night of friendship at our CHEERS Nightclub and get each other pumped out for this weekend. Lot's of Fun.

Uh oh! Nip Zombies at #NipClub Oct. 19th, 2023

We noticed a bunch of Zombies lingering outside #NipClub Headquarters this week, and in our search for a reason why, we realized that our Nip Crops were so strong this year that they caused near zombie-like side effects when used too strongly. It even affected humans, dogs, ducks, horses, fish, etc. who simply inhaled it's scent.

It ALSO turns out that this nip was used for the entire pawty last week. So, most of our #NipClub Pals have been a "little on edge" all week. And darned if they don't look and act a little like goofy zombies. But fear not, the effects wear off in 8 days (So, the day after NipClub this week). But, we'll make the best of it. Bring your "Zombie" selves down to NipClub this week and pawty like a zombie. You'll wake up normal on Friday morning. We've cut the strength of the remaining Nip so you don't have to worry about getting zombified .

So while this week will just be a normal Cheers night pawty, you may encounter some of these zombies and they may want to fight, or eat your brains or something, but please don't kill them, they'll eventually revert back to your old friends when the nip wears off.

And don't forget we're having a special #NipClub extended Halloween Pawty on Oct.

28th. This is the return to our quarterly weekend pawties and eventually we hope to extend that to 24 hour long pawties again.
